Our massage therapists offer a wide variety of massages, from the relaxing Swedish massage to the more therapeutic deeper tissue. Hot stone massages are always popular in the cooler weather and during pregnancy is the perfect time for a mommy-to-be to be treated.  All sessions range from 1/2 hour to 1-1/2 hours and can be taylored to fit your specific problem areas of the day. Steam towels help to melt away stress!!

Reflexolgy

Jennifer Miller is a trained reflexologist.  Reflexology targets the hands and feet to stimulate and relax the whole body.

Facials

We offer two kinds of facial treatments.

 

The face glow takes about 20 minutes and is a great cleanser, followed by an exfoliating scrub, and topped off with a rich moisturizing cream and you leave with a healthy shine and looking great.    $25

 

Firming facial masques improves the appearance of skin in 30-40 minutes and is a cleanser, firming masque with steam to open the pores, and a wonderful moisturizer.     $40

Steam Therapy:  A steam tunnel has the health benefits of a sauna without the dizzying effects of the heat and steam.  Steam helps rid the skin of impurities, helps circulation and metabolism increase, and can help with weight loss.

Ear Candling: Draws out moisture and removes small amounts of wax build up in the ear canal. Ear candles and instructions are also available for purchase.   $25
